We are among the very few manufacturers worldwide to offer frames with this highly exclusive technology. The benefits? Ultra-compact, lighter structure with improved response to stress, also because the entire frame, including the rear stays, comes out of the mould in a single piece.

The frame geometry of the top range Olympia models is designed to offer athlete 360 ° performance. Designed on the basis of morphological and in-depth posture studies, processed thanks to tests on site, constantly redesigned, the geometrical layout of our frames offers athletes the best position on the saddle and better performance.

The ideal combination of compound fibres is the secret to our exceptional frames. We select the best fibres according to their properties, where they will be positioned on the frame and their intended use. We give form to our frames by selectively applying carbon fibres, lightening the structure where we can, reinforcing it where needed.

Olympia bikes are born to compete. We test our racing models all year round with the official team. The results on site, together with the R&D department with precious information for bike design and engineering. Rear traction: our frames have been created and designed to react well to the stress of terrain and above all for active response. The special system for design and construction of the rear triangle of the top range frames in carbon fibre in fact enables the transfer of pedalling power through to the rear wheel. And each time it’s like full throttle!

Our frames are fitted with additional details that can make all the difference, above all when your budget is limited. All our MTB models are equipped with the rear brake Post-Mount, for improved computability, while many may have a thru-axle. Nowadays the technology of hydroforming (the formation of tubes in lightweight alloy) thanks to liquid pressure, is widely used. In our case, experience makes the difference. We know how to give exclusive forms to our frames, each point is sculpted not only for aesthetic results, but to guarantee optimal mechanical and structural properties.

Specially prepared for Olympia, this lightweight heat treated alloy belongs to the 7000 class, offering a higher magnesium content and micro percentages of additives such as silver and rare binders such as beryllium, designed to increase mechanical strength and reduce oxidation of the metal at high temperatures.
